Sault Area Garden Club 9
September 20, 2010

Cynthia Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.

Phyllis Bigelow gave the Treasurer's report for Joan Clark. Kate Marshall made a motion to accept the report. Seconded by Phyllis Bigelow. Motion carried.

Selden Collins read the Secretary report. Donna Munsell made a motion to accept the report. Paula Jarosz seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Cynthia Lewis passed the assignment sheet around for the 2011 officer and various job activities.

Diane McDonald announced the following program changes: Brad Wieinke was unable to be the guest speaker for September. Larry Jacques will be the guest speaker for November 15th. He was a scholarship recipient. Kayleigh White will be our guest speaker for October. Please bring a photograph.

Pat Wilson was our guest speaker for the evening. She spoke on mushroom picking, the importance of mushroom identification and enjoying eating mushrooms.

Cynthia reminded folks of the refreshment and raffle responsibilities for the October meeting.

Jeanne Cooper will mail a sympathy card to the Pacquin sisters for the death of their father.

The meeting closed at 8:10 pm. The club members enjoyed refreshments.
